business spotlight – Aeisha M Carter, MAED part two

December 1, 2023

In the final half of our interview with Aeisha M Carter, MAEd, we dive into what’s next for her as a business owner.

Aeisha’s challenge at the moment is in her current stage of scaling which requires relinquishing control, and working more ON business, and less IN it. With this, she’s focused on creating a company culture of accountability and openness, nurturing each employee and expressing her gratitude often.

Aeisha has devoted her career to pouring into her community. Just as importantly, she has a network of friends, family and mentors pouring back into her. Working on mindset just as much as the business has also been a major proponent of her success.

Aeisha’s Recommendations:
📕 The Servant: A Simple Story About the True Essence of Leadership by James Hunter
📕 The Mamba Mentality by Kobe Bryant

In terms of what’s next for Aeisha– she has some exciting developments for Tutelage Residential Services as well as her other businesses including:

✔️ New residential group homes coming in 2024
✔️ Collaborating with the county and other government entities to provide alternative housing for residents with learning disabilities and autism
✔️Opening a laundromat in Turtlecreek end of 2023/early 2024
